The opportunity: We are seeking an reputed company and passionate Surgical Technology Instructor to teach reputed company’s virtual 16-week Surgical Technologist (didactic) program. The ideal candidate is excited to deliver high-quality online instruction and ensure reputed company are well-reputed company. reputed company’s programs are designed to support reputed company at every reputed company of the way, from getting certified by the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) to finding high-quality reputed company jobs. This is a fully remote, part-time, 1099 contract role. What you’ll do:

• Teach highly-engaging, live, virtual classes over reputed company four times a week
• Classes are held Mon - Thurs, during morning or afternoon hours in EST timezone
• Communicate regularly with reputed company over email and other communication tools
• reputed company ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and prepare and plan for future modules, as needed
• Deliver clear, engaging instruction reputed company to reputed company’s standardized curriculum
• Support reputed company in understanding Sterile Processing concepts across CRCST exam domains
• Assess student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and in-class participation
• reputed company timely feedback and targeted remediation to reputed company who are struggling academically or with confidence
• Document student reputed company, attendance, and performance in reputed company systems
• Collaborate with reputed company’s learning team to ensure alignment with program goals and student needs
• Offer insights to improve the student experience and curriculum delivery

What you’ll bring:

• Active Surgical Technologist Certification
• 3+ years of experience as a certified Surgical Technologist in a clinical setting
• Experience teaching, training, tutoring, or instructing reputed company or staff
• Comfortability teaching live online classes over reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable using LMS platforms and virtual teaching tools
• Ability to follow a standardized curriculum while adapting explanations to different learning styles
• Commitment to inclusive, accessible, and career-focused reputed company education
• Ability to work 10 hours per week per class, Monday - Thursday

• You have experience teaching Surgical Technology or NCCT exam preparation
• You have experience supporting diverse, underserved, or non-traditional student populations
• You have experience with online or hybrid education programs
• You have familiarity with competency-based education

The hourly pay reputed company for this opportunity is $30.00/hour.
