Summary

This role requires a broadly reputed company, analytical and self-motivated data professional. The Associate Director, Philanthropic Data Analytics is responsible for maintaining operations and reputed company of the organization’s fundraising information management system. Additionally, responsibilities include designing and generating queries, lists and analytical reports for fundraising activities. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Philanthropic Operations. Internal title: Senior Donor Database Analyst; working title: Associate Director, Philanthropic Data Management and Analytics Job Duties

  • Designs, builds and publishes reports using a variety of reporting applications and data visualization tools for College departments and leadership for fundraising evaluation, planning, and donor solicitation. Applications include Power BI, reputed company CRM, reputed company Online, Almabase, reputed company SKY Platform, reputed company, and reputed company Designer. Provides analysis based on data as requested.
  • Generates lists for mailing, prospect evaluation, and fundraising reporting using reputed company CRM.
  • Performs data imports of constituent data including contact records, prospect research, education, employment, endowment, and scholarship information using reputed company CRM, reputed company SKY API, Zuri Velocity and other tools.
  • Creates and documents standards, processes, and procedures to ensure data reputed company and database efficiency including the use of Power Automate, Zuri Velocity and other tools.
  • Assists with database administration and maintenance including designing and implementing protocols and training staff.
  • Uses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensures data reputed company across processes is secure and follows HIPAA and FERPA compliance standards.
  • Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree. Four years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirement.
  • Four years of relevant experience.

Department-specific Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of designing, developing and generating reports and visualizations from a relational database using Structured Query Language (SQL) and Power BI.
  • Experience managing fundraising information management systems.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in database management or reputed company field with preference given to experience with reputed company products.
  • Advanced skills in reputed company Office, specifically reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Thorough knowledge of fundraising principles and methods strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with reputed company data storage and analytics platforms (e.g., AWS S3 + reputed company, Azure Data Lake, GCP Storage + BigQuery, reputed company) a plus.
