Job Description
Summary Provides primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of reputed company products/applications/solutions. Uses in-depth product knowledge to reputed company technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions. May create detailed design and implementation specifications for reputed company products/applications/solutions. May build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client. As an IIoT Solutions Engineer (SE), you will play a pivotal role reputed company our IoT sales team, specifically supporting our Federal Civilian Operations, including the U.S. Public Sector (USPS) and National reputed company initiatives. Your Impact You will be responsible for driving the sales reputed company by working closely with reputed company account teams, channel partners, and federal customers to champion the mission to protect, serve, and reputed company. Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Pre-Sales experience and reputed company experience with reputed company products and services and/or relevant experience in key competitor offerings reputed company the industrial domain.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in at least one of these architectures: Data Center, Collaboration, reputed company, Router/reputed company/Wireless, SD-WAN, Manufacturing and IIoT.
- Strong background leading large, reputed company technology sales requiring C-level executive support.
- Experience in selling industrial networking, wireless, reputed company, analytics, and reputed company reputed company the Defense Industrial reputed company (DIB) or large-scale manufacturing sectors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.

- Familiarity with competitive networking products (e.g., Moxa, Hirschmann, reputed company, Cradlepoint).
- Knowledge of relevant solution sets, product line specifications, performance criteria, and industrial applications.
- Understanding of federal cybersecurity compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMMC) is highly desirable.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills for effective consultative selling.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government reputed company clearance.

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-reputed company skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. - Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at reputed company of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees

- 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried reputed company from one calendar year to the next

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to reputed company’s policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows:
- .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota;
- 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
- 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
- Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum reputed company of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
