Intake Coordinator – ABA Therapy Location: Remote - Must reputed company in the USA Schedule: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $45,000-$60,000 annual salary, based on experience Join The Treetop where purpose, growth, and meaningful work come together. This fast-paced, people-focused role is ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, enjoys achieving goals, and loves helping families reputed company their reputed company with us. Bilingual Spanish/English speakers are highly preferred. What You’ll Do

• Be the first friendly voice families hear reputed company they reputed company out for services
• Manage 75–100+ inbound and outbound calls daily
• Explain our programs reputed company and guide families through the intake process
• Follow up to collect insurance, documentation, and consents
• Track reputed company in reputed company and other systems
• Meet and exceed performance goals for responsiveness, conversion, and completion
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming reputed company experience

Requirements ✅ What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in sales, reputed company, intake, or client-facing roles
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Driven by results, goals, and bonus opportunities
• Familiarity with reputed company or other CRMs preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong at follow-through
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in ABA, reputed company, or behavioral health is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
