[Remote] HVAC Project Manager – Mission Critical (Data Centers)

The Project Manager will reputed company intricate construction projects primarily in data centers, overseeing project execution to ensure completion to high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and reputed company budget.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing project schedules to align with strategic plans while ensuring project objectives are met reputed company and effectively
- Evaluating project scopes and adapting to changes or additional work through change orders to maintain alignment with customer needs and expectations
- Ensuring financial accuracy and profitability through reputed company management of project costs, billing, and collections
- Maintaining compliance with safety standards and legal requirements to uphold a safe and ethical work environment

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent experience
- Minimum eight years of project management experience in building construction, preferably in data centers

- Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences
