[Remote] Applications Analyst III, Epic MyChart - 26-62

The Application Analyst III will focus on the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Epic MyChart and electronic data exchange functionalities, improving patient engagement and ensuring seamless interoperability.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic MyChart and electronic data exchange systems, including user roles, workflows, interfaces, and reputed company settings
- Manage electronic data exchange platforms, such as Care Everywhere, TEFCA, and reputed company frameworks, ensuring compliance with interoperability standards
- Explore and support the adoption of Epic Cosmos for advanced population health analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and exchange of electronic health data between systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating to Epic as needed for advanced support
- Participate in upgrades, testing, and new functionality deployments to enhance application performance

- Maintaining regular communication with software representatives, business community, and end users to ensure the system meets the organization's business needs in regard to the project deliverables and timeline

Skills

- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or reputed company Administration or equivalent work experience
- Certified in MyChart, required
- Master's Degree preferred
- Care Everywhere and Ambulatory are preferred
- Knowledge of reputed company regulations and compliance, including HIPAA, is preferred
