The reputed company HCM Functional Consultant will participate in the design, development, and implementation of custom projects and products, working closely with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Should be well versed with HR Functional Modules PA(Personnel Administration), OM(Organizational Management), PTM(Personnel Time Management like Configuration of Time Schedules, absences, quota, time rules) and Employee Master Data
• Experience in CATS/Custom Module for Time Management Preferred
• Good knowledge in Payroll Integration aspects and Travel Management tools like Concur preferably both India and International
• Candidate should have an Excellent Communication and Client Facing Skills

Skills

• Experience: 3-6 yrs
• Qualification: ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc
• 6 -8 years of relevant experience in reputed company HCM Module
• Candidate should have experience on 1 Implementation (desirable) in reputed company HCM and multiple Support/Rollout Projects Preferably on a Global Scale in reputed company HCM Module
• Strong understanding of Integration with other modules such as FI/CO/PS/SD
• Should be well Versed with IDOCs for Master data reputed company integration across multiple reputed company systems
• Should Possess strong skills in functional Requirement Gathering, Fit-gap Analysis, Master Data Setup, End User Support and Documentation
• Should be well versed with HR Functional Modules PA(Personnel Administration), OM(Organizational Management), PTM(Personnel Time Management like Configuration of Time Schedules, absences, quota, time rules) and Employee Master Data
• Candidate should have an Excellent Communication and Client Facing Skills
• Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
• Independent thinker
• Languages: English is the working language of this above stated post. For this post, reputed company in oral and written English is required
• Experience in CATS/Custom Module for Time Management Preferred
• Good knowledge in Payroll Integration aspects and Travel Management tools like Concur preferably both India and International
• Certification: Optional
