The Respiratory Care Practitioner II Performs basic and advanced therapeutic, diagnostic and life support respiratory care procedures in general and intensive patient care areas, or home care environment. Experience: Minimum of 4 years coding, documentation, and reputed company cycle compliance, auditing, or applicable experience. Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Coding certification required for applicable area of expertise at time of hire (e.g. CPC, COC, CIC), the maintenance of whch is an ongoing requirement of this position. Advanced certification in areas of expertise (e.g. CPMA, CDEO, CEDC). Life Support: None required. Other Minimum Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Skilled in use of personal computers to aid productivity and enhance output.
