Our compensation plan is more generous than most with fees of \$80-\$125 per session for LMFT’s, LCSW’s, and LPCC’s based on payor mix and more for licensed psychologists. Psychologists: Please see our ad for Licensed Clinical Psychologists Full-time is defined as a minimum of 25 patient sessions per week with F/T compensation at approximately \$110,000-\$118,000 for master’s level clinicians (\$80-\$125/session variable reputed company based on insurance/payor). For those clinicians who are comfortable seeing more than 25 patients per week, income would be higher, but we encourage reputed company work-life balance. We offer medical and dental benefits, a 401K plan, and CE reimbursement to full-time W-2 employees. Requirements
- California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC (or licensed clinical psychologist)
- LMFT’s, LCSW’s and LPCC’s: Master’s degree from accredited university
- Minimum of 5+ yrs experience (including pre-licensure internships)
- Commitment to see a minimum of 15 patients per week with no other private practice or group practice commitments
- For full-time employees, a commitment to see a minimum of 25 patients per week
- Flexibility with a hybrid delivery model requiring at least one day a week in the office for in-person sessions.
