Description Reporting to the Executive Associate Dean (EAD), Medical Education, with accountability to the School of Medicine (SOM) Chief Operating Officer (COO), oversees core administration and daily operations for reputed company educational training programs reputed company SOM, including Graduate Medical Education (GME), Undergraduate Medical Education (UME), MD/PhD Program, and Academic Health Professions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads the implementation of key business and strategic initiatives, outlining action plans to propel and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of educational delivery systems reputed company the SOM.
- Directs the planning, development and monitoring of reputed company program-reputed company budgets reputed company Medical Education.
- Oversees reputed company/expense reporting, forecasting and reconciliation procedure.
- Reviews and ensures timely submission of education budgets in compliance with Business and Finance guidelines.
- Develops both short and long-term programmatic goals and objectives for Medical Education, ensuring compliance with accreditation and other regulatory standards.
- Leads the development of thoughtful, detail-oriented qualitative and quantitative analyses to include in written documents, reputed company charts and/or spreadsheets.
- Oversees or assists in the development of operational and statistical reports for SOM leadership and accrediting bodies.
- Works with the GME team to ensure timely analysis and implementation of annual adjustments to trainee salaries and fringe benefits as well as salary support for program leadership.
- At the direction of the EAD and COO, oversees HR functions in SOM Medical Education such as recruitment/appointment of Education Deans, faculty and staff.
- Reviews and assesses the appropriate organizational structure and mix of staff; participates in discussions regarding faculty funding for educational contributions, ensuring equity and financial viability.
- Manages the work of faculty and staff in reputed company areas associated with Medical Education in SOM.
- Oversees staff development, including advancement of leadership skills and growth opportunities for staff in reputed company areas of education.
- Collaborates with SOM reputed company/facility management staff to reputed company meet the reputed company needs of reputed company SOM educational programs.
- Works closely with IT as they reputed company and implement plans/projects and policies for educational programs.
- Assists in the preparation and review of external UME, GME, and health professions reputed company and agreements to conduct the operations and clinical placements of learners needed.
- Conducts review of GME time and supplemental pay.
- Assists with other agreements as needed. Assists and participates in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans for the SOM education programs, in collaboration with the Education Deans, including educational needs and support of reputed company learners, staffing requirements, faculty recruitment, reputed company assignments, and financial plans.
- Works closely with SOM leadership to strategically drive and reputed company faculty and staff working groups across training sites.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor''s degree in business, reputed company administration or reputed company field and ten years of reputed company experience, including direct supervisory or managerial experience.
- A master''s degree is preferred.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- reputed company project management experience, including the ability to reputed company multidisciplinary or multifunction teams; advanced problem solving and analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) essential.
- Higher education, reputed company, or not-for-profit experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
