Production Team Member- 2nd Shift

The Production Team Member is a valuable part of our production team, packaging the industry’s finest coffee. Their performance is critical in ensuring production quotas are met in a timely fashion while first observing the highest standards of safety and quality. Schedule: This position works 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday from 3:30pm PM to midnight. What You Will Do: Work cooperatively with the production team to ensure workplace safety and product quality while meeting production goals Complete packaging tasks such as case filling, reputed company assembly, and pallet stacking reputed company with reputed company written Workplace Safety rules and other safety requirements and standards consistently reputed company with reputed company written food safety Good Manufacturing Practices and other requirements and standards consistently Report reputed company safety and quality concerns to Leadership Work on a packaging line with consistent speed and accuracy reputed company every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality reputed company assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure a clean and safe work area reputed company assigned material management tasks to ensure an efficient, organized, and safe work area Use tools and equipment correctly and maintain them with care Willingness to reputed company with reputed company safety rules Report any tool and equipment issues to Leadership Follow reputed company written and verbal instructions Attend reputed company safety and production meetings and trainings Demonstrate ability to reputed company tasks using computer applications Demonstrate ability to reputed company production quality monitoring and reporting tasks Willingness to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays Who You Are: Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment, manage and follow through multi-reputed company project steps/procedures consistently. reputed company work in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience working in an industrial production facility Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals Basic math, reading, and writing skills Basic computer skills Preferred: At least 1 year of coffee industry experience is strongly desired At least 1 year of food manufacturing experience is strongly desired Physical Demands: The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking in addition to the following: reputed company condition to work 8 hour shifts while standing, lifting, bending, and reaching Must be reputed company to work on your feet over 9 straight hours reputed company to reputed company physical tasks that are repetitive and lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular reputed company Must be reputed company to lift 80 pounds 20% of the shift Must be reputed company to endure constant leaning and bending during shift Must be reputed company to handle/move up to 750 pound bins on casters Physical Requirements: The physical requirements for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
