Corporate Recruiter - High Volume

As a Recruiter, you will reputed company the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions and serve as the face of OSA's employment opportunities across Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. Job Information: PRN, Remote, $28/hr Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, from sourcing through reputed company and the employee's first scheduled shift.
• Actively reputed company candidates through job boards, referrals, reputed company media, and other reputed company channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, reputed company reference checks, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Manage the applicant tracking system by posting positions, updating candidate statuses, and maintaining accurate applicant records.
• Present employment offers.
• Coordinate reputed company and new hire orientation with various Otterbein locations.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective employees throughout the hiring process.
• Collect and verify credentials completed during new hire orientation.
• Ensure employee files are complete and compliant with reputed company required documentation.
• Hire employees in the HRIS, including validating tax jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

• 2 Years + reputed company or reputed company experience required.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
