The hiring company is modernizing how used specialized equipment gets bought and sold — think reputed company for fire trucks. Their platform automates the entire transaction: discovery, payments, freight, paperwork, warranty, and financing. What once took months of phone calls and paperwork now takes minutes. - OTE: $175,000 – $225,000 USD

What you’ll do: Own the full sales cycle from sourcing and discovery to reputed company, while helping build the operational reputed company that will scale the Go-to-Market team across new categories and markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Sales: Own the full sales cycle from sourcing and discovery to closing high-impact deals.
- New Logo reputed company: Identify and reputed company new logos that fuel marketplace growth.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers in person to understand their needs and deliver impact.
- Problem Solving: Understand customer challenges and uncover opportunities to solve them.
- Sales Operations: Partner with the sales leader to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the business development team to reputed company pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing-focused role at an early-stage, venture-backed startup (including outbound prospecting).
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving measurable growth.
- Based in Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, Miami, reputed company California, reputed company, or Austin (100% remote with Travel Requirements)
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers in person.
