They are seeking a results-driven reputed company Sales Account Manager to grow their reputed company in the Boise, ID market by developing strong relationships and delivering tailored fluid power solutions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and grow long-term relationships with engineers, purchasing leaders, maintenance teams, and operations decision makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities reputed company your territory
- Conduct regular customer visits, prospecting activities, and technical sales discussions
- reputed company consultative solutions that reputed company WIT’s hydraulic, pneumatic, and engineered system capabilities
- Prepare and deliver customer proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, operations, purchasing, and leadership to deliver the right solutions
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and manage customer relationships through our CRM platform
- Partner with manufacturer representatives and leadership on key sales calls and strategic opportunities

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably hydraulics and pneumatics
- Strong background in solution-based or consultative selling
- Experience developing sales proposals, presentations, and account plans
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, organized, and reputed company to reputed company in a customer-facing sales environment
- A collaborative reputed company and commitment to supporting team reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a reputed company field is preferred, OR equivalent industry experience
- Fluid Power certification is a plus
- Familiarity with industrial automation, mechanical systems, electrical controls, or PLCs is a plus
