[Remote] NRES Project Delivery Project Manager

As an NRES Project Delivery Project Manager, you will manage design and construction activities for capital projects, ensuring successful reputed company in quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction reputed company activities for assigned capital projects
• Ensure projects are completed with successful reputed company in quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness
• Manage project communications, contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, financial projections, and schedule requirements
• Proactively manage risks and contingencies to ensure successful project reputed company
• Skillfully reputed company and communicate with hospital operations leadership for project coordination
• Apply your expertise to drive projects from reputed company to completion, aligning with organizational objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum two-plus (2+) years of experience leading project management design and construction projects
• Thorough working knowledge of project construction budgets and controls
• Demonstrated reputed company in the delivery of major reputed company capital projects
• Experience in facilitating project design and construction reputed company meetings and presentations
• Knowledge of project delivery methods such as design-build, design-bid-build or others
• Experience in developing conceptual project scope, schedules and budgets
• Experience with construction processes, building and life safety codes
• Knowledge of approving authorities, OSHPD/HCAI (for State of California positions only) and similar regulatory agencies
• Displays self-confidence and inspires confidence in others
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite, MS Project, reputed company or similar, Blue Beam, reputed company Pro, or similar
• Knowledge in health facility preconstruction services, equipment planning processes, effective problem solving, risk analysis, contingency planning strategies, and/or the ability to communicate with leadership teams
