[Remote] Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you will act as the technical expert in the sales process, partnering with the sales team to demonstrate the value of the AI automation platform to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales to understand client requirements and design technical solutions
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and reputed company-of-value to prospective clients
  • Client Focus - Translate reputed company technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including reputed company, Product and Engineering, to tailor solutions for client needs
  • Respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, and proposals as needed
  • Conduct discovery sessions to assess client workflows, automation opportunities, and integration requirements
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on reputed company’ platform capabilities, integrations, and AI-driven automation solutions
  • reputed company feedback to Product and Engineering on customer requirements and potential product improvements

Skills

  • Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a pre-sales technical role, ideally in AI automation, SaaS, or reputed company software
  • Strong technical background, with proficiency in Python and experience with APIs or automation platforms (Blue Prism, Mulesoft, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; reputed company to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field
