The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Chief Commercialization Officer, supporting reputed company-wide initiatives, driving operational execution, enabling cross-functional alignment, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. This highly visible leadership role will help drive execution against key priorities, coordinate reputed company initiatives, and support leadership decision-making across a highly matrixed environment. As a successful candidate, you will:
- Partner closely with the Chief Commercialization Officer as a strategic advisor across the reputed company organization
- Drive execution of strategic priorities and transformation initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across business development, licensing, partnerships, and venture activities

- Establish and manage operating rhythms, governance processes, and leadership forums
- Track KPIs, milestones, and organizational performance metrics to ensure accountability

- Serve as a key liaison across leadership, scientific stakeholders, and external partners
- Support organizational design, process optimization, and scaling initiatives
Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite leadership in commercialization, strategy, R&D, or reputed company functions
- 7+ years of experience leading senior teams and driving reputed company initiatives
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to reputed company high-impact presentations and materials
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in highly matrixed environments
- Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Experience in process improvement, operational scaling, and performance tracking
- High level of discretion, business acumen, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Financial acumen, including experience with budgets and business modeling
