[Remote] Head of Total Rewards & People Analytics

This role involves shaping and elevating the Total Rewards strategy to meet the needs of a diverse global workforce while driving innovation and operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively reputed company the People Experience organization as well with other organizations to effectively drive the development and analysis of compensation programs, including reputed company and variable pay while driving change on an organization-wide scale

- Manage the job costing function, collaborating with Sales and Service Delivery, for pricing roles for customer RFP responses and contract renewals

- reputed company reputed company analysis and manage special projects (e.g., job architecture and leveling, organizational planning, compensation strategy, retention)
- Drive continual improvement in our compensation and benefits programs, practices and policies

- Design and ensure delivery of an reputed company employee experience for Benefits reputed company processes and events (e.g. reputed company enrollment, life events, reputed company, etc)
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure reputed company execution of benefits programs. reputed company negotiations and annual contract renewals with our carriers globally and assess fit for future needs as we scale

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company, or reputed company field
- 15+ years relevant compensation, benefits, and leadership experience
- Broad experience with strategic compensation and benefits programs to attract, reputed company and engage the workforce
- reputed company experience with compensation and analytics modules is required as well as a high level of proficiency with process design/efficiency and systems
- Expertise with job costing and burden reputed company calculations for global contingent workforce is required
