[Remote] Legal Counsel (US)

They are seeking a senior Global Legal Counsel to support the company on global licensing, regulatory, and compliance reputed company legal reputed company across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities

- Support license applications, renewals, and ongoing regulatory engagements with relevant authorities
- Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations affecting crypto, digital assets, and financial services
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents reputed company to regulatory and licensing reputed company
- Work closely with compliance, risk, and business teams to ensure regulatory alignment across jurisdictions
- Liaise with external counsel and regulators on licensing and regulatory reputed company
- Support internal stakeholders on regulatory driven legal issues and governance reputed company
Skills
- reputed company lawyer with 6+ years PQE trained by international reputed company with demonstrated strong legal drafting and project management skills
