Software QA Engineer II

Job Description:

• Conduct in-depth exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, usability issues, and gaps not covered by predefined test cases
• Own and execute reputed company regression test suites to ensure stability of existing functionality, with a focus on high-risk and business-critical areas
• Possess knowledge to navigate data and backend processes using SQL queries, ensuring accurate data reputed company and system behavior

• Contribute to documentation and mentor junior QA team members on testing techniques and best practices

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong emphasis on reputed company testing
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and reputed company testing best practices
• Proven experience designing and executing detailed reputed company test cases and exploratory testing strategies
• Hands-on experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
• Strong SQL skills for backend and database validation

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint ceremonies
