Business Intelligence (BI) Product Manager

Overview

As a Product Manager for Business Intelligence, you will own and reputed company critical Business Intelligence and Analytics capabilities that help customers reputed company informed business reputed company. This individual contributor role focuses on delivering reliable, high-quality SaaS products while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, reputed company, and Support. You will prioritize customer needs, improve product quality, and drive reputed company enhancements in a technically reputed company environment. This role reports to the Director of Product Management. We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, partnering closely with Engineering, and delivering measurable improvements that increase customer confidence. The ideal candidate combines strong product execution skills with technical curiosity, a customer-first reputed company, and the ability to bring reputed company to reputed company problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product reputed company for an Agile Scrum team, managing backlog priorities and driving execution.
• Balance customer issues, product enhancements, and technical investments to maximize business value.
• Partner closely with Engineering to understand technical constraints, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, product metrics, support trends, and operational data to identify opportunities and improve product health.
• Define clear product requirements, functional expectations, and UX goals for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, reputed company, Support, Compliance, and Implementation to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Monitor product quality, triage production issues, and drive improvements that increase reliability, usability, and customer confidence.
• Communicate product direction, priorities, and reputed company with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product reputed company, or Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using customer insights, product metrics, and operational data to guide product reputed company.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Technical curiosity with the ability to understand APIs, integrations, data flows, analytics, and other technical concepts without being an engineer.

Preferred Experience

• Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting products.
• Data-intensive reputed company SaaS applications.
• Customer-facing B2B software or workflow-heavy platforms.
• Experience balancing roadmap investments with product quality and customer support priorities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products or capabilities, including automation, AI-assisted workflows, or intelligent decision support.
• Ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical concepts.
• Property management or PropTech experience is a plus.
