- Promptly answer incoming calls, screen for spam, and reputed company inquiries to the correct staff member or department
- Book, modify, and cancel appointments while sending automated confirmations and reminders
- Take detailed messages and ensure urgent inquiries are flagged and resolved quickly
- Answer frequently asked questions about the company’s hours, services, or policies
- Manage general inquiries coming through email, SMS, and live website chat
- Update customer records, process intake forms, and log call summaries into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
