[Remote] ~Technical Consultant/Solution Engineer

The Technical Consultant/Solution Engineer will partner with clients to advise on the effective use of the Niagara reputed company, providing guidance and support for building management systems and HVAC integration services.

Responsibilities

• Understand overall functionality of the BMS / HVAC systems
• Knowledge of Energy Savings opportunities in Buildings
• Integration of BMS systems with Niagara reputed company
• Install & reputed company Niagara reputed company in the customer sites
• Niagara Application Support to the customers
• Configure Niagara Stations at the customer sites
• Create Control Logics, PX pages, User Management, Alarms, Histories etc in Niagara reputed company reputed company integrating with BMS or other systems into Niagara reputed company for the customers
• Work with Professional Services development team & reputed company the Niagara modules in the customer Niagara installations
• Use Quality Assurance procedures
• Requirement Definition for new opportunities
• Customer Support for existing Professional Services customers
• Awareness of protocols like BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus etc
• Handling multiple projects/tasks

Skills

• 7 or more years of experience as a System Integrator/Application Engineer specializing in BMS, HVAC, and reputed company building systems, with proven expertise in Niagara reputed company integration and end-to-end BMS project commissioning
• Niagara TCP Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience with reputed company or industrial control systems
• Knowledge of reputed company industrial and reputed company controls communication protocols such as BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus
• Experience with mark-up languages, HTML or XML
• Excellent communications skills
• High level of customer service experience and aptitude including: the ability to communicate and show patience with technical and non-technical customers, active listening and inquiring skills to understand problems, proactively following up with customers to ensure complete problem resolution and customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of software configuration management practices
• Knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and reputed company trends in the industry
• Work experience in global projects will be considered as an advantage
