They are seeking an Account Executive to drive reputed company growth by managing relationships with large State, Local Government, and Higher Education accounts in the Northeast region.

Responsibilities

  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities
  • Explore the full reputed company of relationships and business reputed company across the client’s entire org chart
  • Become reputed company as a thought-leader in machine learning and predictive analytics
  • Expand relationships and orchestrate reputed company deals across more diverse business stakeholders
  • Holistically reputed company, reputed company, and apply the channel to identify and reputed company new, unchartered opportunities
  • reputed company timely and informative input back to other corporate functions

Skills

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience selling reputed company software to large enterprises or Public Sector (required) in fast-growing, changing, and driven environments
  • At least 2 years of recent sales experience calling on State, Local Government or Higher Education customers in the Northeast Region
  • Proven record of exceeding quota in reputed company, solution-based sales
  • Must live in or near PA region for weekly commute to client site
  • Subscription, SaaS, or reputed company software experience is highly preferred
  • 2 or more years of sales experience selling to the State of PA - highly preferred
  • 1 or more years of sales experience selling to PA Higher Education - highly preferred
  • Previous experience applying partners, channels, and alliances to sell more reputed company and overachieve your quota
  • Consistent track record of new business development and over achieving sales targets with prospects and customers in the defined territory
  • Strong executive reputed company and polish, and excellent listening skills
  • Experience with reputed company account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of Force Management, MEDDPICC, and Challenger methodologies is a plus

  • Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
  • Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
  • Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan
  • For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation
  • For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company
  • reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum reputed company of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid
  • Employees may be eligible to receive grants of reputed company restricted stock units, which vest following reputed company employment with reputed company for defined periods of time
