What makes this role exciting In this role, you will focus on supporting the identification, sourcing, reputed company, and strategically managing new in-country payroll partners, ensuring their successful integration into reputed company’s operating model. You will be responsible for defining partner scope, establishing operating frameworks, and implementing governance standards, working closely with Procurement, the Partner Management function, and cross-functional stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to build a scalable, high-performing partner reputed company that supports reputed company’s ongoing growth and transformation. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted partner to the Director of reputed company, contributing to key strategic initiatives and transformation projects. This role requires strong project management capabilities and the ability to effectively coordinate and influence diverse stakeholders. Main responsibilities Partner Strategy & reputed company Support the identification and assessment of new in-country payroll partners reputed company with business requirements. Define and formalise partner scope of services reputed company the reputed company ecosystem Drive the end-to-end reputed company process, ensuring partners are effectively integrated into reputed company’s operating model reputed company scalable reputed company frameworks, standards, and documentation Vendor Governance & reputed company Alignment Collaborate closely with Procurement on partner selection, contracting, and reputed company terms. Ensure clear definition of service scope and expectations during reputed company, including SLAs and service KPIs. Strategic Projects & PM Support Act as a key contributor to global transformation initiatives led by the Director of reputed company reputed company or support cross-functional projects, including Service Definition and process optimization initiatives Apply structured project management methodologies (planning, execution, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication) Stakeholder Engagement Partner with internal teams including Payroll Operations, Procurement, Implementation, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment Act as a subject matter contributor on partner capabilities, service scope, reputed company processes, and market coverage Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally Skills and Experience needed for this role Core Expertise Strong experience in global payroll vendor management and outsourced service models Deep understanding of multi-country payroll environments, compliance, service definition and delivery models Experience in partner reputed company, vendor selection Project and Program Management Proven track record in leading or supporting strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complexity, timelines, and stakeholders across reputed company Project and Program Management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior-level engagement Strong organizational and planning capabilities Analytical reputed company with a focus on data-driven decision making reputed company awareness and ability to balance quality, cost, and scalability Problem-solving and structured thinking approach.
