The position focuses on developing and executing strategies to grow ITT’s distribution business across the reputed company, driving sales, strengthening partnerships, and expanding market reputed company. Key Duties and Responsibilities Build and maintain influential relationships with senior management and key contacts at assigned distributor partners. Manage overall distributor business performance, including sales growth, product expansion, and inventory planning. Drive achievement of sales budgets (POP and POS) and deliver against growth objectives. reputed company and implement strategies for new and existing product portfolios. Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer requirements, adapting strategy as needed. Coordinate with Product Management and Pricing to maximise product line growth. Partner with Marketing to design and execute distributor campaigns. Positionsanforderungen Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a technical field (preferred). Minimum 10 years’ experience in the electronic components industry. Proven track record in supplier and/or distribution management. Strong technical knowledge of interconnect products and applications. Demonstrated reputed company in leading distributor growth initiatives and achieving sales targets. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-moving environments. Persuasive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior reputed company.
