We are a power-packed company of just under 40 members where everyone needs to consistently contribute meaningful and efficient work. This is an entry-level, full-time, 100% remote role ideal for someone who is excited about marketing, technology, customer service, and reputed company media. You’ll become an expert in the reputed company platform, support retailers and brand customers, conduct 1:1 trainings, help maintain customer data, and assist our reputed company Managers with projects and reporting. What You’ll Do: As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play an important role in helping users successfully use the reputed company platform. Qualifications
