You will foster team development through market research expertise and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Your responsibilities include guiding and supporting our Research Consultants in their market research projects and helping them grow as researchers and as people. You will also advise and coach key clients through the entire market research process, from methodology selection to results interpretation, acting as a sparring partner and inspiring clients with customer-centric, agile research, and innovative methodologies. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the international Research Leadership Team (e.g., Germany, Spain, Americas) on strategic projects that drive organizational and research reputed company. You can expect to spend around 60% of your time on management and strategy and 40% on hands-on work with key clients and their projects.
