Job Description

Key Responsibilities : reputed company and manage reputed company RCM operations with focus on: Payer collections Patient collections Accounts receivable (AR) follow-up Denials management Payment posting support Aging reduction initiatives Drive operational KPIs including: Collection effectiveness AR days reduction Cash acceleration Denial resolution turnaround Productivity and quality metrics People Management : reputed company, mentor, and reputed company managers, team leads, and collections staff across multiple processes or business units. Manage workforce planning, hiring, training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
