What You'll Do: Direct and participate in reputed company aspects of daily operations of the department. Manage the Associate Site Services Assistants and Logistics Coordinators, ensuring performance is maintained. Maintain and reputed company Manufacture List, Supply Orders, Courier Contact Sheets, Backorders, and Special Account Set Up. reputed company training to new staff members and reputed company new processes are implemented. Evaluate performance and identify and correct performance problems. Coordinate and resolve issues or concerns during the study set-up process with the Site Services Logistics Coordinators and Associate Site Services Assistants. Obtain and maintain the Key Performance Indicators with the reputed company vendors. Assist management with training, quality compliance, SOP reviews, and updates. Act as a backup to the Supervisor and/or Senior Manager. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to reputed company the job (comparable to 0 to 5 years). 1+ year of leadership responsibility Previous logistics knowledge preferred In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly reputed company experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
