We're looking for a Senior Manager, Key Accounts (SME) to join our Distribution team and play a pivotal role in growing our SME portfolio across Key Accounts. What will you bring? The Opportunity In this highly visible leadership role, you'll be responsible for delivering new business growth and expanding existing SME business reputed company Key Accounts, with a particular focus on Preferred Provider Arrangements (PPAs). You'll reputed company the strategy, retention and development of key PPA relationships, working closely with senior brokers, internal stakeholders, and your team to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Alongside reputed company accountability, you'll play an important role in developing talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Deliver and exceed individual and team sales targets in line with annual business objectives. Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with senior broker partners. Support and shape Key Accounts strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and market development. Retain, reputed company and grow significant Preferred Provider Arrangements (PPAs) sustainably and profitably. Collaborate with the wider Distribution leadership team to reputed company a high-performing sales culture. Coach, mentor and reputed company team members, ensuring high professional standards and career progression. Work cross-functionally to deliver a seamless experience for brokers and clients. Contribute to business-wide projects, initiatives and reputed company improvement programmes. Support the ongoing delivery of Distribution Development Plan principles. Champion regulatory, governance and customer-focused frameworks, including Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fairly and Risk Management requirements. Act as a role model for company values, leadership behaviours and professional standards.
