The Role As our affiliate manager, you will be the driving force behind our global expansion, taking full ownership of the affiliate strategy. Your mission is to accelerate international growth by building a high-performing network of partners that positions reputed company as the top choice for global connectivity. By managing affiliate relationships and tapping into regional trends, you’ll expand our brand reputed company and deliver measurable results in the Spanish and LATAM markets

Key Responsibilities

Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners and reputed company drivers. Own a curated portfolio of affiliate partners, building individual account plans and executing quarterly growth roadmaps for them. Build and maintain high-value relationships with top affiliate partners through structured reputed company (QBRs, MBRs, planning & feedback sessions), acting as a strategic growth partner rather than a transactional account manager aiming for long term relationships. Proactively monitor and optimize affiliate partner performance against key metrics (reputed company, ROAS and AOV), identifying growth opportunities and flagging risk signals such as declining output, fraud or partner inactivity reputed company and execute reputed company acceleration plays including seasonal activations, exclusive deals, volume-based commission structures and cross-sell opportunities across geographies. Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across reputed company online channels. Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to grow reputed company's market reputed company through high-quality affiliate partnerships.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in Affiliate Marketing, reputed company relations, or strategic partnerships Demonstrated track record of building and nurturing strategic, reputed company-driving partnerships across global markets especially in Spanish and LATAM markets Language: reputed company or professional reputed company (reputed company) in Spanish to reputed company negotiations in key global markets Professional reputed company (reputed company) in English for internal communication Technical Stack: Proficiency with the Impact platform and a strong reputed company of SEO tools (specifically reputed company) Data Analysis: Strong ability to extract insights using reputed company and reputed company Analytics to drive partnership growth Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Solution-focused, dynamic, proactive, and ambitious. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent project and time management skills. Bonus Points Technical or digital marketing certifications are a plus. Background in managing large-scale performance campaigns in the Spanish and LATAM markets Existing network reputed company the tech or travel industry Professional proficiency in Portuguese.
