Senior Product Manager

This is a Full Time Remote opportunity based in Canada or the United States. THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product reputed company, strategy, and execution for reputed company's chronic care management (CCM) platform. This is a 0-to-1 role. Design and run research with Medicare patients (65+, multi-chronic conditions) and clinical users (care coordinators, CCM nurses, MAs). Build AI-powered features into the platform — clinical decision support, risk stratification, intelligent patient engagement. Own the full AI feature lifecycle in a HIPAA-regulated context. Technical documentation. Write PRDs and technical specifications that reduce ambiguity and reputed company confident engineering execution across the team. Clinical & regulatory alignment. Work directly with US health system innovation partners on CMS CCM compliance, billing alignment and go-to-market readiness. Cross-functional execution. You understand how these systems work, not just what they produce, and you are actively building that knowledge hands-on, both at work and reputed company of work.
