Job Title: Sales Operations Administrator Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to support a high-performing sales organization. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong operational reputed company who thrives behind the scenes — keeping systems clean, processes running smoothly, and the sales team focused on closing. Experience in the education sector is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CRM (reputed company), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and up-to-date records Support the sales team with administrative tasks including contract preparation, proposals, and sales documentation Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance dashboards Coordinate scheduling, follow-reputed company, and communications between the sales team and prospects or clients Assist in reputed company new clients and ensuring a smooth reputed company from sales to delivery or account management Manage inbound inquiries and reputed company them appropriately reputed company the sales team Maintain and organize sales collateral, templates, and shared resources Identify and flag process inefficiencies and support reputed company improvement initiatives Liaise with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support the full sales cycle Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role Hands-on experience with reputed company CRM — managing pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data reputed company Prior remote work experience with strong reputed company in remote collaboration tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, or similar); candidates without prior remote experience will not be considered Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment
