Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY: This position will work under the guidance of the Payroll Manager in the USA and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and accurate multi-state payroll processing. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Ensure bi-weekly payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner. Enter salary adjustments, commission payments, bonuses, vacation, sick pay and other payroll reputed company data in preparation for payroll processing. Review computed wages and corrects errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings. Ensure that reputed company changes to payroll are processed correctly. Processes wage garnishment, pay levies, or other involuntary court-ordered payments in a timely matter, including reporting to the necessary State office or jurisdiction and assisting employees with general process. Assist employees with general payroll questions and reputed company as needed on company-specific payroll policies. Manage tasks to ensure the efficient employee reputed company and ensure time processing of employee status changes including new hires, salary changes, classifications and terminations. Maintain employee files, updating documents to SharePoint/reputed company. Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associates or bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field. 2+ years of payroll processing experience. reputed company WFN experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced reputed company reputed company skills. Commitment to customer service and strong sense of ownership for projects and results. Strong problem solver with good analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, and maintain confidentiality of information. Must be reputed company detail oriented with a focus on accuracy. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience processing payroll for multi-states preferred.
