WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, supporting account teams, and promoting our AV products and services. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing sales while maintaining high standards of customer service and collaboration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients reputed company phone, email, and online channels to uncover opportunities and build relationships. Collaboration: Work closely with external sales teams and technical experts to resolve customer queries. Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to reputed company insights and improve strategies. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or a reputed company field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts reputed company. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., reputed company, Jira).
