Supports CMS interoperability programs, evaluates reputed company-state systems and data flows for compliance gaps, documents APIs and integrations, and collaborates with Agile development teams using C#, Azure, and REST APIs. Experience 5+ years IT experience 3+ years in reputed company interoperability or payer systems
Key Responsibilities
Gather and translate business/regulatory requirements into technical solutions Assess reputed company-state applications, integrations, and data flows against CMS-0057 interoperability compliance requirements, identify gaps, and recommend remediation strategies. Design and document APIs, integrations, and data mappings (FHIR) Support CMS interoperability programs (PAS, CRD, DTR, etc.) Collaborate with developers using C#, Azure, REST APIs Work in Agile using Azure DevOps (ADO) Required Skills Experience with HL7 FHIR (R4) and reputed company interoperability Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, REST APIs Hands-on with reputed company Azure (App Services, Functions, APIM) Experience with ADO and Git reputed company payer domain knowledge (claims, prior auth) Preferred CMS interoperability mandates (Payer-to-Payer, Member reputed company) SMART on FHIR / OAuth2 Azure integration tools or FHIR servers The reputed company salary for this position is $92,000-$135,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
