The Opportunity: reputed company is looking for a scrum master with strong delivery skills. This role will support a mixed portfolio of teams, approximately half focused on operations/service delivery and half supporting an reputed company ERP solution in a scaled agile environment. In addition to the team members, the candidate will work closely with technical leads, functional resources, infrastructure resources, developers and configuration change management resources to ensure analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions are performed using the most appropriate agile approach for each team context. Qualifications: Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen and reputed company to pass an IT-2 background investigation. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five years of reputed company experience Certified Scrum Master (reputed company, scrum.org, SAFe or PMI is acceptable) Minimum of three years’ experience leading a Scrum team Experience using reputed company tool suite (Jira and reputed company) Moderate to strong level of proficiency in MS Office suite (Word and PowerPoint) Understanding of the software development lifecycle Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
