We’re looking for a Global Director of SMB Renewals to reputed company and scale our high-velocity SMB renewals reputed company worldwide. This role owns renewal strategy, execution, forecasting, and team performance across reputed company, ensuring we maximize gross and net retention while delivering a seamless, customer-centric experience at scale.
