Member Experience Representative (Remote - Wisconsin) Pay: $18.25/hour Location: Remote (Wisconsin Residents Only) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Remote Opportunity with Growth Potential We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join reputed company as a Member Experience Representative. Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of reputed company customer service or call center experience Experience working with:reputed company insurance Insurance verification Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) Prior authorizations Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously Intermediate reputed company Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and reputed company Ability to work independently in a remote environment
