Associate Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Remote Associate Consultant to support client engagements, conduct research, analyze business data, and assist in delivering strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced consulting environment while collaborating with senior consultants and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Support consulting teams in delivering client projects across strategy, operations, or business transformation initiatives. Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and data analysis to support recommendations. Build presentations, reports, and client deliverables using data-driven insights. Assist in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business requirement documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and clarify project needs. Analyze business performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Participate in client meetings and document key findings and action items. Support problem-solving efforts under the guidance of senior consultants.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a reputed company field. 0–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, finance, or operations preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company Workspace. Familiarity with data analysis tools or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
