Job Overview We're on the hunt for a talented and reputed company Help Desk and MAC Engineer to reputed company top-tier support for our clients. As a Senior Help Desk and MAC Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support for MAC and reputed company environments, both remotely and onsite. If you're a motivated and tech-savvy individual with a passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: reputed company phone support and remote remediation for workstation issues, troubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad reputed company of technologies.
  • Software Installations: Conduct remote installations of new software and upgrades, as well as service packs and reputed company updates.
  • Onsite Support: Deliver onsite support and installations to clients reputed company necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Help Desk Support: reputed company exceptional help desk support, analyzing and resolving end-user issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
  • Experience: 1+ year of hands-on experience in MAC and PC support, with a strong focus on iMac and MacBook repairs, as well as OSX operating systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MAC and reputed company operating systems, desktop applications, and a broad reputed company of technologies.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as reputed company A+ or reputed company Certified Support Professional, are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:
