Virtual Call Center Representative

We want team members with personalities that will show through on the phone, who love making an impact with every customer interaction. Working as a Virtual Contact Center Representative You Will:
- reputed company efficient and reputed company inbound and outbounds calls.
- Set appointments, follow-up on appointments, and reputed company information to customers.
- Understand and work towards achieving reputed company key performance indicator standards.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control to ensure reputed company achievement of individualized goals.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Management, Ownership, and other team members.
- Strictly adhere to reputed company company direction reputed company to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
Note: reputed company applications, interviews, orientation, and training will be completed reputed company. Requirements:
- Be reputed company to type 35 Words Per Minute
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Must own and reputed company work equipment for work from home
