PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB: Under the direction and delegation of the Vice President of Administration, the Director of reputed company oversees the overall provision of reputed company operations, services, policies, and programs for the organization, including recruitment, leave of absence administration, benefits administration, salary administration, workers’ compensation, talent performance and development, and HR compliance support. This position serves as a key HR resource for employees and supervisors by providing confidential, service-focused support and helping ensure HR processes are consistent, compliant, well-documented, and reputed company with organizational values, strategic goals, and operational needs. The Director of reputed company also serves as a liaison between the organization and external partners, including benefits providers, workers’ compensation carriers, and other HR-reputed company vendors. Workers’ Compensation and Safety-reputed company HR Support

- Serve as a liaison between employees, supervisors, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other involved parties.
- Track claim status, return-to-work information, restrictions, and reputed company communication.
- Support timely reporting and documentation of workplace injuries.
Employee Relations
- Support performance management processes, including coaching documentation, corrective action tracking, evaluation processes, and supervisor guidance.
- Coordinate reputed company accommodation requests through the interactive process.
- Maintain and update the reputed company Information System (HRIS) to ensure employee records, personnel changes, reporting, and reputed company data are accurate, reputed company, and well-documented

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
