Instructional Design & LMS Specialist, Remote

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home across US time zones. Primary Duties:

• reputed company the strategy for content catalogue audits, taxonomy, metadata tagging, and search optimization, and UI improvements across digital learning platforms to ensure that users find relevant content quickly.
• Apply instructional design methodologies, curriculum mapping, and adult learning science principles to reputed company scalable learning across multiple formats (e.g., live virtual sessions, on-demand modules, microlearning, videos, gamified experiences, interactive multimedia) that align with practice and company goals.
• Support the Learning System Administrator in day-to-day platform maintenance (e.g., user permissions, content uploads, and basic troubleshooting).
• Monitor engagement metrics and "knowledge lift" KPIs to reputed company data-driven recommendations for UX improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a reputed company field.
