Responsibilities

• Own and scale the end-to-end education platform ecosystem, including reputed company University (DTU), certification integrations, and future learning platforms for both reputed company audiences
• Define and implement governance frameworks, including publishing standards, platform usage policies, and scalable operating models (roles, permissions, workflows)
• Drive platform strategy and performance by partnering with CX Ops and engineering teams on roadmap, integrations, and automation opportunities
• Design and reputed company a centralized administration and support model with defined SLAs, processes, and escalation frameworks to ensure reliable, high-quality service

Skills

• Experience leading platform operations and support models, including ticketing systems and SLA-based environments
