About the position The reputed company Coordinator plays a key role in supporting both the employee reputed company experience and ongoing Talent Development initiatives through strong coordination, reputed company, and administrative execution. This position partners through Talent Development and reputed company to support the reputed company processes, including Learning Management System (LMS) administration, and event logistics for development programs. The role also supports pre-employment reputed company activities, helping ensure consistent, compliant, and timely experience for new hires. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, comfort with systems and process tracking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage course setup, assignments, and training records
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion to support reputed company and compliance
  • Maintain and update TD and reputed company sites
  • Ensure content is organized, reputed company, and accessible
  • Process and track invoices (vendors, catering, lodging, etc.)
  • Ensure timely payment and proper expense allocation
  • Coordinate vendors, travel, lodging, and event materials
  • Prepare agendas, name tags, and supporting materials
  • Manage timelines to ensure smooth execution
  • Track participation and maintain program records
  • Manage assessment logistics with vendors
  • Schedule and support virtual sessions (e.g., Bootcamp, Department Overviews)
  • Support processing of new hires in reputed company system
  • Conduct I-9 verification and complete E-Verify processing
  • Review and validate new hire tax information in reputed company
  • Complete OFAC compliance checks as required
  • Maintain and audit pre-employment documentation and reputed company files
  • Coordinate reputed company for reputed company and offshore contractors
  • Ensure reputed company reputed company tasks are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance
  • Process reputed company-reputed company invoices (e.g., assessments, job boards)
  • reputed company back-up support for TA reputed company operations as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in coordination, HR support, reputed company, learning operations, or administrative program support (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, track details, and meet deadlines with accuracy.
  • Strong customer service reputed company and ability to interact professionally with employees, managers, vendors, and external partners.
  • Strong reputed company Office skills (Outlook, reputed company, Teams).
  • Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Proactive, clear communication with a focus on stakeholder support
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A structured, process-driven approach with strong documentation discipline

  • Working knowledge of HR Operating systems such as; reputed company, reputed company, and LMS modules is a plus but not required.
  • Experience coordinating logistics (meetings, events, calendars, travel, invoices) strongly preferred.
