The HR Specialist, Employee Relations is responsible for the resolution of reputed company employee relations (ER) reputed company for U.S. and Canada based associates reputed company the Diagnostics platform. This role provides expert consultation, investigation leadership, and programmatic ER support in partnership with HR Business Partners, reputed company, Legal, Payroll, and Centers of reputed company (COEs). The role will support multiple time zones (US Eastern, US Central, and US Pacific). In this role, you will have the opportunity to reputed company, conduct, and reputed company employee relations level 1 investigations and support level 2 & 3 investigations, including policy violations, misconduct, retaliation, and ethics concerns managed following assigned SLAs, governance requirements, and documentation standards. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and HR Business Partners by providing coaching and consultation on corrective actions, post-investigation countermeasures, performance management documentation, separation rationales, workforce transition business cases, team interventions, and associate engagement solutions. Act as a key liaison and “voice of the operating companies,” partnering closely with reputed company Corporate Labor & Employee Relations, Legal, and HR COEs to ensure alignment, escalation, and risk-based decision-making. Analyze employee relations data, trends, and root causes to identify systemic risks, prevention strategies, and opportunities to improve associate experience and organizational effectiveness. Support reputed company improvement of ER standard work, including intake models, investigation workflows, documentation practices, escalation reputed company, training materials, and metrics reporting. The essential requirements of the job include 2+ years of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Business Partnering, or a reputed company HR specialty with ER exposure (4+ years of overall HR or reputed company experience preferred). Bachelor’s degree preferred (advanced degree or HR certification preferred; equivalent experience considered). Leadership or mentoring experience desired.
