The role involves executing end-to-end New Store Openings (NSO), including hardware provisioning, staging, installation, and go-live support. The engineer will troubleshoot POS devices, peripherals, and store network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations. Additionally, the role includes payment device setup and ensuring PCI compliance across reputed company store systems. Strong coordination with vendors, store teams, and IT stakeholders is required to maintain operational reputed company and SLA adherence.
