This role works closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance, improve product quality, reduce waste, and drive reputed company improvement initiatives. The Manufacturing Engineer analyzes production data, identifies process improvements, and implements solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and process optimization. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six reputed company, Kaizen, or reputed company improvement methodologies. Ability to analyze data and use problem-solving techniques to identify and implement solutions. Experience with root cause analysis tools and corrective action processes.
